On Saturday, November 25, 2023, a large-scale event was organized on the occasion of Utasellátó's 75th anniversary, which was held at the Keleti railway station in Budapest. The event was attended by many people, including families with children, elderly and young people. The exhibition in the Lotz Hall was visited by many quests, but the family programs such as badge making were also very popular.
The main attraction of the event was the special train on track 6, showing the different eras of the Utasellátó, where interested parties could not only see and learn about the individual elements of the service, but also indulge in gastronomic delights in some of the dining and bistro cars, as well as in the WLS saloon section sleeping car. In addition, people could also view other sleeper and couchette cars from Utasellátó, whether modern or historical ones. In dining cars guests could enjoy food and drinks typical of different eras in an environment and atmosphere typical of that era.
